4 Simple Reminders

Today’s blog is going to be a little shorter than most.

I just want to remind you of a couple of things that you should always keep in the back of your mind.

1. Owning your finances is a form of selfcare.

Most people associate “selfcare” with getting your nails and hair done, and while those things are nice and can definitely make you feel leveled up, having the financial situation to cash flow those things AND know your money is working for you is also a way to level up.

 2.     It is okay to want to make good money. YOU ARE STILL A GREAT NURSE.

I am sure you have gotten the “It takes a special kind of person to be a nurse” or “I do not know how you do it”, but then they get upset those nurses want fair compensation. Not many jobs out there have 12–24-hour shifts where you need to leave EVERYTHING at the door because you need to consistently be on you’re A-game.  It DOES take a special kind of person to commit to nursing AND there is nothing wrong with wishing to be fairly compensated.

 3.     Don’t let anyone tell you what you can spend money on.

You work too damn hard to let anyone dictate where all your dollars go. Aside from paying your bills that you have agreed to, the rest of your money is YOURS.

You are worthy of massive wealth

I think it is easy to let imposter syndrome take over on this one; to allow yourself to think that you need to give money away or spend it immediately instead of saving and allowing it to grow to increase your wealth. But I will say it again, you are worthy of massive wealth.
