Side Hustles Part 2

This week is going to be short and more to the point. I wanted to chat about nursing side hustles. 

Not only are these great opportunities to increase your income but there are other benefits as well. While there is still the gig economy side hustles, nursing side hustles may offer more value to you in the long run. 

You can add some of these to your resume if you decide to go job hunting. Along the lines of job hunting, and doing side hustles within the healthcare field you may also make contacts with people who could offer future job leads.

Vaccine clinic

Flu or Covid vaccines (normally through agency or hospital). Since we are entering flu season these should be easier to come by!

Infusion

Normally these can be found through an agency.

Medspa or aesthetic nurse

You may need to get a certification for injections

Telephone triage nurse

Check out many remote nurse postings as some of these are prn

Create a course

Are you good at teaching? Create a course and sell it for passive income! This also applies to workbooks/ report sheets etc

Nurse blogger

Start a blog about nursing/ document your journey or teach something

IV infusion clinic

normally takes ER nurses who are good at IVs, but check for local job openings
